All our meats are naturally and humanely pasture raised, free of chemicals, and USDA inspected. We don't use antibiotics, nitrates or inject sodium solutions. We do feed a combination of locally mixed feed and fresh vegatables, herbs and fruits. Additionally, we exercise a homeopathic approach to all the animals' health and wellness.
